What is the warranty on Occam gear?
We warranty all Occam products for 1-year from the date of purchase for defects and failures caused by manufacturer’s error. Our warranty does not cover failure from normal wear and tear. If you do have any issues, the process is easy:
Send us an email describing the product failure and include a detailed photo of the issue
We will ensue that you're within the 1-year time frame and respond with next steps

Do we ship Internationally?
We sure do! The reality of the fact is that shipping internationally is expensive, and you gear can often take quite a while to show up at your door. We offer two shipping methods for our international friends:
USPS First Class International (10-14 Business Days): Cost is $20. Cheaper, but keep in mind that a) once your gear leaves US soil, we don’t have the ability to track it, and b) this cheaper option can sometimes take up for 30 days to arrive. But hey, if you’ve got the time, who doesn’t love a good gear surprise on their doorstep?
UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 Business Days): Cost varies depending on your country, but generally falls between $45-$55. The nice thing about this option is that we are able to track your gear from door to door. More expensive? Yes. More peace of mind? Definitely.
Interested in saving on shipping costs? Rally a few of your riding buddies and place an order together to share the burden of international shipping.
International purchases may be subject to tax and duty fees.
Do we accept returns?
Absolutely!
If you decide you don’t want to use your Occam product for whatever reason under the sun, simply send us an email and we'll send you a return shipping label. All domestic orders placed at full price can be returned within 60 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
International orders placed at full price can be returned within 90 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Buyer must pay for return shipping for all international returns.
What if an item goes out of stock?
Don’t worry, we’re hard at work getting new product together so whatever you’re looking for won’t be out of stock for long. Sign up for an email notification so you can be the first to know when the items you need are back in stock.
Do you have an ambassador program?
We are always looking for new folks to represent the brand out on the trail. If we haven’t reached out to you yet, don’t worry. We’ll begin accepting formal applications in November for our Ambassador program. Team as well as Individuals are welcome to apply!
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Paypal, and Venmo.
